She has a human brother who is a wild toddler running around the house - they get along extremely well, she is very gentle with him and when she gets tired of his antics, she promptly moves to another room for some peace and quiet. Ava

San Ramon, CA

  Breed: German Shepherd

  Weight: 75 lbs

  Age: 4 years old

  Gender: Female

I’m a highly experienced dog owner, that loves dogs of all sizes. I work from home, so I’m always keeping an eye or ear on my dog and other dogs that I’m caring after. I’m immensely empathetic to dogs and strive to keep them happy and comfortable at all times, whether it’s ensuring they have a clean and full bowl of water to drink from or meeting any of their meal and snack needs on a timely manner. I take Ava out 4 times a day for breaks, and usually one of those breaks will consist of a long walk or a session of fetch or another form of playtime. Ava does not go to dog parks for sanitary and safety purposes. But she does go to normal parks to meet other dogs and plays with other dogs in the neighborhood or meet ups. Ava is one of the sweetest german shepherd pups you’ll ever meet. She is obsessed with playing, she’s a foodie, she’s highly (especially emotionally) intelligent, she is sensitive, especially about being left alone (covid puppy) and when she feels comfortable she’ll act like an absolute goofball.

Boba

San Ramon, CA

  Breed: Mixed Breed

  Weight: 10 lbs

  Age: 3 years old

  Gender: Male

My husband and I love dogs. We have been dog sitting for our friends and family’s dogs for years. Finally we decided to have our own and we adopted our lovely dog, Boba in Dec 2020. Boba is about 2.5 years old, weigh around 10 lbs, he is a mix of Mini Poodle and Terrier. Boba is good with adults and children. He might bark at first with unfamiliar dogs (especially bigger dogs) but after that he will be playing or hanging out with them. Boba is better with smaller dogs. He hasn’t had any experience with cats, so not sure how he will react. Boba is a sweet boy who likes to snuggle, walk, get his belly rubbed, play fetch, and of course treats! He is potty trained. Our community has lots of open grass areas where dogs can run around and we can play ball or whatever they like to do outside. Inside will be playing with toys or just hangout together. We have a fenced backyard, safe for dogs to enjoy the sun, play, or do their business. When we sit dogs, we love and take care of them as our own. We take them walking at least 2x a day, lots of play time, and we also send pictures/updates everyday for an extra peace of mind for the owners.. I work from home, while my husband is working hybrid. We have no children, so just us and Boba. Looking forward to meeting you and your wonderful dogs 💖

Ramzy

San Ramon, CA

  Breed: Old English Sheepdog

  Weight: 90 lbs

  Age: 7 years old

  Gender: Male

My son and I adore our 92lb Old English Sheepdog Ramzy. He's always been a really mellow boy and almost five years old. He loves being at my feet, under my desk whenever I'm working and pretty much follows me everywhere. If I get up, he gets up! He also loves playing catch, walks and especially time on the beach. He also seems to understand English very well or just intuitive, which is hilarious. I work from home and Ramzy is housebroken. We have a fully gated yard and I never leave him out alone. When he needs to go out, he just comes over and puts his paw on my arm rest. He's great with other dogs, but some times takes a bit to warm up. He also loves people. I'm really looking for a great situation where we get to know each other and our dogs can get familiar with each other's homes before the first overnight visit. I've only left him a couple times with my daughter and I want to make sure everyone is comfortable. It would be great if our fur-babies became friends and enjoyed being around each other. We're in San Ramon off Crow Canyon and look forward to meeting you!

Age: Puppy (less than 1 year old)

  Gender: Female

Hi, my husband, 15 year old daughter and I live in beautiful San Ramon, CA. We love how it is a family-focused and pet-friendly community with lots of parks and walking trails. We rescued our dog Peanut last year. She will be two years old in October and is quite a playful energetic pup. Our guess is that she’s a mixed breed of Boxer, Chihuahua, and Pit. She loves chew toys and is super smart—we have taught her how to use recorded buttons to tell us when she needs water, wants a treat, or wants to go outside.

He stays quiet and calm and doesn't bark at all. He is our family's first pet, and we all love him very much! ❤️

Bailey

San Ramon, CA

  Breed: Australian Labradoodle

  Weight: 35 lbs

  Age: 3 years old

  Gender: Male

I am the mother of a high school teen and a young adult away in college. We have a sweet, playful, and goofy ALD named Bailey. My husband and I work from home (hybrid) and are available to watch small to medium dogs. We prefer non-shedding, hypoallergenic but are ok for some shedding if dog-sitting short term. We don't have a large yard, but we take Bailey for walks twice a day and visit the local park every evening where we meet his large group of neighborhood dog friends. Bailey is human-centered and is well-socialized with dogs of all sizes, although prefers to play with small and medium dogs with similar temperament. Bailey is food motivated and knows a few tricks (sit, down, stay, shake hands, high five, turn). He is not consistent with recall, so we ask that he be kept on a leash at all times. He is crate trained but he does not like it and sleeps on his bed. Bailey is allowed on our furniture, and we would allow your dog the same. We look forward to hosting your dog!
