Aubie is our beautiful two year old baby. We adopted her just before her second birthday in March 2024. She spent a lot of her life in a crate for 12-16 hours a day but has done tremendously well transitioning into a loving life. She sometimes gets overly excited for 1-2 minutes when you come home after being gone, she can’t believe her luck that you returned. We are working on that and she’s doing great. She loves nuzzling your elbow for love, tasty treats and sniffy walks. I work from home most of the time but need to travel every now and then. She is eager to go to work with my husband in his semi but some days the days will run too long for her. She is now used to having someone around most of the time, so going to a home with someone there during the day is really ideal.
