What is your cancellation policy?
We don't have a cancellation policy. We only charge you when you pick up your dog!
Staff Info
Is there anyone that stays overnight?
No one stays overnight. However, we are fully synced up with the fire department and police department. We found that the dogs are more restless if there's someone there all night.
Facility Info
What are the sleeping arrangements?
We do not do kennels. We provide two options: townhomes and luxury suites.
Do you have a webcam or provide image updates?
We upload videos and pictures to our Facebook and Instagram.
Do you require a Meet & Greet?
Yes, we want to evaluate your dog before hand. We check vet records and make sure they get along with other dogs in our day care.
Dog Schedule
What do the dogs do all day?
Dogs spend most of the day with other dogs in playgroups. They are in kennel only for eating and sleeping. We have five different play areas!
Other Information
Do you administer medication?
Yes, we do for no additional fee. However, we will not administer life saving meds or any injections. Everything else is fine!
