How do they discipline the dogs?
We usually follow the protocol below:
1. Separate dogs if being aggressive
2. We use voice to get attention
3. Use force to separate if necessary but never hurting them
Does anyone stay with the pets overnight?
There are 12 hours overnight where people are not there. But we have motion sensor cameras and microphones to alert us if there's any unusual movements.

What are the sleeping arrangements? (crated, in a small room, free to roam around?)
We have one dog per run unless you are open to having multiple dogs. There are 34 runs.

What are the Meet & Greet requirements?
Not required. It is recommended especially if your dog stays with multiple dogs.
Do you provide webcam or image updates?
There are no webcams or image updates. You may call to check up on the dogs.
Is the place completely fenced including the outdoors?
Yes!

What is the pee and poo schedule?
Dogs go during playtime.
When are the dogs fed? Do you allow wet food or custom meal plans?
The facility closes at 6pm so last meal is usually between 4.30-5.30pm. Otherwise meals are given at 7am and 2pm.
How many number of walks a day do the dogs get?
We do not take dogs off site.

Do you have a vet in-house? What is the emergency plan?
You will leave an emergency vet contact that you prefer. We also ask for a secondary emergency contact in case you are not reachable.
Do you take puppies? (less than 6 months an unvaccinated)
As long as the puppies are vaccinated, we take them.
Do you take senior dogs? Will you administer medication?
Yes we do. We charge $2/day for medication.
