What is your cancellation policy?
We don't have a strictly defined policy and take things on a case by case basis. We ask to provide as much notice as possible as we might not be able to book you for popular dates if we are full.

We opened our doors in 1982 in Mesa, AZ and have since expended to three locations!

No, we don't.

The dogs stay in the kennel indoors.
What's the maximum number of dogs you take in a night?
Depending on staffing, we usually do 15 on a weekend but never exceed 25 even during the busiest season.
What are the meet & greet requirements?
Since the dogs are separated in their individual kennels, we don't require any meet n greets. We only ask for the dogs to be fully vaccinated.
Do you provide a link to a webcam live feed or send image updates?
We don't have a live feed. You may call for an update at any time!
Is the place completely fenced?
Yes, since the dogs are in a kennel
Are big and small dogs separated?
The dogs do not interact with one another so there will be no concern for dogs of different sizes.
Dog Schedule
What does the typical day look like for the dog?
The dogs are let out once in the morning and once in the evening. Beyond that, they stay in their kennels throughout the day. You can certainly request for walks for an additional fee.
Do you accommodate wet food or any custom meal plans?
Yes, we do. We will follow your feeding instructions and store your dog's food in a safe space.
How much playtime to the dogs get and is it supervised?
The dogs are in their individual kennels. You can request for a walk.
How many walks do the dogs get each day?
You can add as many walks as you want. You will need to confirm with our staff when you book boarding.

Do you have a vet in-house in case of an emergency?
Yes, we are a hospital as well!
Do you take unvaccinated puppies (before 6 months)?
We can help out with puppies. We place them in a different kennel that's separated from the other dogs to be extra safe.
