What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations made with at least 7 days' notice will receive a full refund of the 20% deposit.

Boarding starts at $55 per night and goes up depending on the suite and services selected.

No, no one stays overnight. Staff are present from 6:00 AM to 7:30 PM.

What are the sleeping arrangements?
Dogs have individual rooms:
1. Luxury Suites: Include a webcam.
2. Classic Suites: Regular kennels.
Are there any pre-boarding requirements?
Yes, an evaluation is required. A free day of daycare is offered as part of the evaluation to assess your dog's behavior with handlers.
Is there a live feed of the dogs?
Webcams are included in the Luxury Suites. Daily photo updates can be added for a fee of $5 per day.
Dog Schedule
Do the dogs have playtime together?
Dogs that are not good with other dogs are taken outside individually. Dogs that are comfortable in groups go out together.
Other Information
Will you take senior pets that require medication?
Yes, medication (except for injections) can be administered. We can administer eye drops and ear drops.
