Is there a cancellation policy?
We require a $50 deposit that is refundable until 10 days before the start of reservation. If you cancel within the 10 days, it converts to a credit that you can use in the future.

Is there staff that stays overnight?
No one is there overnight. The dogs are by themselves for about 6 hours.
Facility Info
What are the sleeping arrangements? (crated, in a small room, free to roam around?)
They sleep in kennels at night.
Do you have a webcam or provide picture updates?
We send Snapchats on our account regularly. You can call and ask for a specific image update.
Dog Schedule
What do the dogs do all night?
We have a play area for both big dogs and small dogs. Each are has a ton of toys with someone monitoring them. The dogs stay in the playgroup all day. There's a sizeable outdoor as well for pee and poo.
