What is your cancellation policy?
We require a 1 night deposit. There are no fees to change your reservation dates. Your deposit is refundable if you let us know about your cancellation at least 7 days before your start date.

How do you discipline the dogs?
We only use positive reinforcement.
Does anyone stay with the pets overnight?
Nope. All the dogs are in their cabins overnight and we don't have staff staying overnight.

What are the sleeping arrangements? (crated, in a small room, free to roam around?)
The dogs stay in cabins with an open top.
How many dogs do you take at a time?
We take at most 90 pups during the day including daycare.
Do you require a Meet & Greet?
Yes we require an evaluation of the dog before accepting boarding requests.
Do you have a webcam or provide picture updates?
Yes, we have webcams for the play yards.
Are the big and small dogs separated?
During playtime, the big and small dogs are in separate areas. We have one small yard and two big dog yards.

What do the dogs do during the day?
The dogs are out in the playgroup with the daycare pups.
Do you provide walks?
No, we only provide group play. Walking and any enrichment activity is extra.
Other Information
What do you do in case of an injury?
We have a pet counsellor on staff that is trained in animal care.
Do you take senior dogs?
Yes
Do you take puppies?
As long as they have been spayed or neutered, we can accept them.
Do you administer medication?
Yes, we administer them for no extra charge. However, we do not do any injectables. We can help with anything edible, ear drops or eye drops.
