Does someone stay with the pets overnight?
When we have over 15 dogs we are staffed overnight and provide cage free boarding, When under 15 dogs each dog has their own Individual room.

Do you separate small and big dogs?
Yes, small and bid dogs have their own areas for sleeping and playing.
Where do the dogs sleep?
Wherever they dog-gone please! We have made comfy custom made doggie furniture that surrounds both the entirety of the downstairs Hound Lounge and the upstairs Tiny Town. Some sleep on the furniture; others prefer the ground and some sleep on the trendle bed in the open bedroom. In the winter we put blankets out; in the summer our guests seem to prefer the coolness of the floor. Some parents upgrade to the Golden Spot and their pup snuggles in bed with night staff.
Do you have a live webcam or provide image updates?
Yes, we have multiple live webcams 24/7!
Dog Schedule
When are the dogs let out to pee and poo?
Both our lounges (Hound Lounge and Tiny Town) are attached to covered outside area porches. Guests can get to the outside anytime via multiple doggie doors. Dogs that haven’t ever used a doggie door pick up on it quite quickly as they watch their many friends go through it. Also the night staff takes the dogs into the yard a minumum of 2x before lights go out.
What if my dog wants wet food or has a custom meal plan?
No worries, we can feed them any food you provide!
Are the dogs supervised the entire time?
Yes, we have staff paying attention all day!
Other Information
How do you handle emergency situations?
In the event of an emergency, Blue Peral 24 hour Emergency, is nextdoor. For nonemergencies we use Bret the Vet at Arizona Animal Hospital.
