Hi, I like to travel 3-4 times a year and there are times when I can take Knight w me and there’s times when I need to board. Boarding is so expensive, especially when I travel at least 10 days at a time and sometimes up to 3wks- it all depends where I’m going. Looking to see if any other pet owners like to travel as much as me so we can share dog sitting responsibilities! Thx- Tara

2 big beautiful newfoundlands who love people and other dogs

Ginger is playful, loves dogs and all nice people! She loves to be outside as well as snuggled up in bed. She is insistent on her bedtime and likes to be curled up by 10 pm at the latest. Favorite pastimes: squirrel chasing, stick and pinecone gathering, and belly pets. Always leashed when out and loves to explore.

Coco is extremely friendly with people and dogs. He can be a little shy but he’s very playful!

Hello! I am a dog Mom of three. I have a new pup a beautiful Siberian Husky who has a ton of energy. He is a sweet and loving boy that loves attention. He is so playful and would stay outside all day if we let him. My job has become pretty demanding and now I need more assistance with caring for him. Especially since he is just getting over the puppy phase.

Hi we’re the Farrells! We live in Old Town. Duchess is almost one year old, rescued with Lucky Dog. She is super friendly, loves people and dogs. If you see her on the street she may try to kiss you. She is an only child and could use some play dates while we’re at work or even when we’re working from home because she hates conference calls when we could be outside walking or playing instead.

Hi I’m Kenzie! I’m in my mid 20s and live in Arlington with my puppy, Goose. I work in software development and am 100% remote. In my free time, I love to get outside and be active. Goose is a 7 month old Brittany. He is super sweet and loves to cuddle. He loves to play with other dogs and wants everyone to be his friend. He’s outgoing and energetic. He needs a good amount of exercise per day but otherwise is very chill at home.

Lola is a love bug and full of energy. She does not yet come when she’s called so she cannot be off-leash outside of the house. She loves dog parks and other dogs. Has never seen a cat.

Judo is a sweet and loving mini bernedoodle puppy (born in December 2023). He's a curious and adventurous little dude who loves exploring the backyard, playing at the dog park, and cuddling when he's tired. He likes all people and is good with kids, and LOVES spending time/playing with other dogs. He's just learning how to contain his energy/excitement and eagerly learning how to be a stellar pup. He lives with me and my husband in a three story townhouse in Southwest DC. He can go up stairs with no issues but still doesn't attempt going down (we're working on it though!).

Hi! We live near the SW Duckpond and just welcomed Bravo into our family! Bravo is a rescued Wheaten terrier mix. He is adjusting nicely and loves his new neighborhood…but misses out on doggie socialization without a proper dog park nearby. He is hoping to make new friends to play and walk with, and we his parents would also love to meet other dog owners in the neighborhood!

Hi there! I’m a young professional living in a 1 bedroom in DC. I work entirely from home but need to board my dog once in a while for weekend trips. Appa is a Jack Russell Terrier, housebroken and very well behaved (we’ve worked a lot on his training). He’s also able to stay in a crate for extended periods of time and hang out with other dogs. He’s extremely friendly although sometimes gets a bit overexcited.

Bentley is an adorable 5 month old Spaniel/Terrier pup. He is super comfortable with new people and loves socializing. He can be calm or energetic depending on how much you want him to be.
