Jingle Paws Art Fest

Treat your furry friend to a paw-some pre-holiday experience! Support a spay & neuter surgery for rescue dogs while providing your dog with some fun enrichment. Your dog will paint and create their own masterpiece (no paws required!) and strike a pose for two professional photos with a festive backdrop. Get the paw-fect holiday card photo with your furry companion!

Get your dog to paint

We'll help you setup the canvas for your dog to paint on. They can take as long as they need and even if they are unable to get it the first try, do not fret. We'll show you how to set it up at home as well. By the end of it, you will have a cute little personalized painting done by your dog!

Pose for a holiday photo

We're setting up a holiday backdrop and having a professional photographer take pictures of the pup (and you in it). Use this opportunity to get your holiday photos in that you can send to friends and family. Here's one from halloween.

Support a cause

This event is in support of spay and neuter surgeries. You'll be surprised to learn that many dogs that end up in the shelters and rescues come from dogs that gave birth unintentionally. Families are unable to afford a spay & neuter surgery which leaves their dogs exposed to unintentional breeding. We want to prevent the problems before it happens. When dogs that are not adopted by a family end up in a shelter and rescue, it puts a strain on our system and the societal costs far exceed the cost of the surgery.

While a typical spay/neuter surgery costs upwards of $600, we work with special vets to bring the cost down to $200. So every dollar you donate goes a long way helping the dogs. Here are some dogs (check out on The Perfect Dog's FB page) that will be undergoing the spay & neuter surgery

WoofyClub is an amazing platform for dog parents to exchange boarding for their dogs. On WoofyClub, users can create a boarding request, specify the dates, provide a description of their dogs, and outline their preferences. Based on this information, the app will match them with nearby dog parents whose dogs are similar and fit their preferences. The dog parents are then encouraged to meet each other for a doggy-playdate to assess compatibility. If all goes well, they commit to exchange boarding with each other.

The Perfect Dog - A 501c3 rescue organization

The Perfect Dog rescue works hard to save at risk dogs from local animal shelters who otherwise wouldn’t have a chance. We give those dogs the chance they need when no one else will step up or help them. We take on a lot of special needs cases, both behaviorally and medically. We then work to rehabilitate them. This costs the rescue volunteers a lot of time and money. The rescue spends more in vet bills than we are able to recoup from the adoption fees alone, so we rely on your donations to continue our hard work and be able to continue to save lives.
